Had a great time during Christmas at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants. We also loved the free wifi throughout the hotel and the amazing breakfast buffet each morning. Definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.
While our stay was mostly positive, there were a few downsides to consider. The room was a bit outdated and in need of some renovation.

We had a lovely romantic escape with some great perks. the spa services were a hit, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and rejuvenating, and the location was convenient and offered beautiful views of the city.
. The staff's limited English abilities made communication difficult, and some of the facilities were in need of updating.

The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, despite their limited English. The location was convenient and the services provided exceeded our expectations. We were impressed with their attention to detail and the comfort they provided throughout our stay. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar, added to the overall experience.
The front office staff faced some communication issues, but we still managed to sort things out. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
